Refund Policy
21 days, one email, and no attempt to talk you out of it — on top of the statutory rights UK consumers already have. This page sets out how a refund is handled and the handful of cases that work differently.

0121 days to ask for your money back
Contact us any time in the 21 days after your cohort’s first live session and you get the full fee back. We do not need a reason, and there is no call designed to talk you out of it.
A single message starts the process. We would rather return your fee than keep money that left you unhappy about the course.
02Your statutory cooling-off right
If you are a consumer, the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 also give you fourteen days from the day the contract is formed — payment clearing — to cancel a distance contract for a full refund, even if a session has not yet run.
If you ask us to start the course during that fourteen-day window, you agree that we may begin delivering the service early. You still keep the 21-day window from the first live session; the statutory cooling-off right then applies only to the unused portion of the service.
Nothing in this policy takes away rights you have under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, including where a course is not as described or not provided with reasonable care and skill.
03What happens when you email us
Send your request to [email protected] using the address on your enrollment. Name the course, and add a line on what fell short if you want to — we read those notes and they shape how the course runs next time.
- Your email is acknowledged within one business day.
- Within three business days we approve the refund and inform our payment provider.
- The funds then return to your original payment method. Banks typically add a further five to ten business days. Statutory cancellations are refunded within fourteen days of us receiving notice.
04Once the window has passed
After the 21-day window, refunds are no longer automatic: by that stage the cohort has run and the tutor time it required has been spent.
That said, get in touch regardless if the circumstances are real: a serious illness, a family emergency, or a course that genuinely did not match its listing. A credit toward a later cohort is typically how we resolve it, and this clause has never been an excuse for us to dodge a fair outcome.
05If a cohort is postponed or cancelled
- Should we cancel a cohort outright, you receive a full refund no matter how long ago you paid.
- When we postpone a cohort, you may shift to the new dates, swap into a different course at the same price, or opt for a full refund.
- Cancelling a single session only means we reschedule it; on its own, that does not qualify for a refund.
06Other things worth knowing
- We issue refunds in pounds sterling to your original payment method. Currency conversion and any fees your bank charges are beyond our control.
- When an employer paid your fee, the refund returns to that employer rather than to you.
- Once a refund is issued, access to recordings, materials, and the cohort’s channel ends.
- Each person receives one refunded enrollment per course; enrolling again later is fine, though it does not restart the window.
